For example, instead of:
NEW STUDY FINDS COFFEE CUTS DIABETES RISK!
our article might be:
Coffee and Type 2 Diabetes: What Did the New Study Actually Find?
Then explain study size, population, whether it showed association or causation, effect size, limitations, how it compares with previous evidence, and whether the finding has any practical significance.
That’s the sort of health journalism I’d like this site to practice.
