- 28.1 out of every adult 100,000 deaths in Oregon are due to diabetes, ranking Oregon 14th highest in the nation for diabetes-related deaths.
- In 2005, 182,000 Oregon adults were diagnosed with diabetes and by 2007 7% of the total adult population had been diagnosed with diabetes.
